I began my time with Symbiotic Aquaponic by shooting marketing photos of our flagship aquaponics systems. This is the 40-square-foot aquaponics system for backyard and classroom use.	This is the 40-square-foot system's smaller counterpart, the 20-square -foot system with external fishtank.	We wanted to show the enthusiasm of growing with aquaponics in a backyard or classroom. Harvest is one of the funnest parts!

I enjoy macrophotography immensely and was delighted to use those skills during this marketing shoot!	Here, we have zinias and other plants shown in a 20-square-foot system with a white bed.	The Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma is a nonprofit organization that works to deliver fresh, healthy food to residents of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The organization uses hydroponics, aquaponics, and traditional growing methods to ensure maximum freshness and nutrition of its produce. I helped to install this system as well.

This is at one of our clients' greenhouse. He grew a wide variety of herbs and vegetables in his system which he sold locally in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Forest Grove Middle School in Idabel, Oklahoma, implements aquaponics in its curriculum. Here, Symbiotic's leading aquaponics expert leads a lesson to fourth graders.	Students watch goldfish swim in one of the two thousand-gallon fish tanks that power the Forest Grove aquaponics system.	Goldfish become accustomed to human interaction, especially at feeding time. It makes grabbing photos of them much easier.
Every year, Symbiotic Aquaponic leads several workshops to teach people the basics of aquaponics. This workshop, specifically for K-12 educators, was hosted at partner institution Redlands Community College.	The greenhouse at Eastern Oklahoma State College grows plants year round to deliver food into the community in Wilburton, Oklahoma. Every spring, flowers are planted for a plant sale to help sustain greenhouse operations.	Microgreens thrive in media-based aquaponics systems and are a nutritious option for many growers.
Chives can be grown for multiple harvests in aquaponics systems.	I like high-speed photography. I wanted to make this water stand still like glass.	A new seedling pushing up through the media.

My team discovered this pineapple that a horticulture student was growing at Eastern Oklahoma State College. We couldn't figure out who was growing it.	The Eastern Oklahoma State College greenhouse grows many herbs and vegetables, including three varieties of basil.	More microgreen seedlings. Because of biological surface area that harbors millions of beneficial bacteria, one can start thousands of plants in one 20-square-foot aquaponics grow bed.

More goldfish begging to be fed!	Aquaponics systems are cloning machines! Just by planting clippings, you can have a brand new plant in a matter of weeks.	A New Leaf, Inc. is a nonprofit organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma, that helps individuals with developmental disabilities with job training in horticulture. This is one of the cucumber plants that the clients were growing in August 2019.
Each grow bed is stamped with the Symbiotic logo.	This image appeared alongside a column written by Assistant Chief Jack Austin Jr. It was my picture to be featured in the Biskinik.	The Choctaw Nation is devoted to maintaining traditional culture and practices, especially the ancient game of stickball. I took this photo a youth stickball camp the Choctaw Nation held at the old tribal capitol in Tushka Homma, Oklahoma.
As a part of my internship with the Biskinik, I traveled all over the Choctaw Nation to take photos at tribal events. This is from the Atoka Veterans Dinner. The tribe holds veterans dinners annually at all the community centers in towns and cities the Choctaw Nation.	As a part of my internship with the Biskinik, I traveled all over the Choctaw Nation to take photos at tribal events. This is from the Talihina Veterans Dinner. The tribe holds veterans dinners annually at all the community centers in towns and cities the Choctaw Nation.	As a part of my internship with the Biskinik, I traveled all over the Choctaw Nation to take photos at tribal events. This is from the Smithville Veterans Dinner.
